I just got my hands on the Silverlight 2 runtime and documentation beta 2 downloads, I'm trying to find the visual studio tools now, I'll post them for you as soon as I find them!

I just can't wait for them...I need them :D and they don't seem to be anywhere yet :(
It'll turn up sooner or later, take the time to look through the docs. I've been looking in the Microsoft website and docs and couldn't find any link yet. I believe that the tools team might have not published the bits yet.
